Year Round Rates for Those Seeking to Book Lorimer Ridge for a Smaller Group |

If the property is too large for your group (you only need 4, 5, 6, 7, or 8 bedrooms), there is a solution: If we are not booked 90 days in advance for weeknights (Sunday-Thursday) and 30 days in advance for weekend nights (Friday & Saturday), then we can book your smaller group at a pro-rated amount based on the number of bedrooms that you require. If you have questions, please call 1-888-988-9002. Under these circumstances, you get all of our exquisite common area amenities (gourmet kitchen, hot tub, sauna, billiards room and much, much more) for the price of a much smaller rental. 4 Bedrooms (up to 8 persons): $500 per night; 5 Bedrooms (up to 10 persons): $625 per night; 6 Bedrooms (up to 12 persons): $750 per night; 7 Bedrooms (up to 14 persons): $875 per night; 8 Bedrooms (up to 16 persons): $1000 per night; Please add 50% to above rates during December to April ski season weekend nights (Friday & Saturday) and also during the Christmas Peak Season.

Payments
Your non-refundable full payment is due at the time of booking for all of our smaller group (4 to 8 bedrooms) bookings.
We also levy a cleaning fee: $199.50 (includes tax and is a one time charge with each booking) for 7 to 8 bedroom rentals.
This cleaning fee is reduced for 4 to 6 bedroom rentals: $99.75 (includes tax and is a one time charge with each booking).
